Yes! -- Your UniTel Number can be configured to forward callers to a number such as a landline or cellphone. This may be useful if your PBX is down or while you are first getting services setup but need to receive inbound calls.
Follow the steps below to forward your UniTel Number to your cellphone or landline.
Login to your UniTel Dashboard
Navigate to Numbers > Manage Numbers
Edit the number and change the "Number Mode" to Forward to Number
Enter the new Forwarding Number
Press [Update] button
Your number will now forward inbound calls to the new number.

** Call Forwarding is currently limited to numbers in the Continental US.
Calls forwarded to off-network destinations such as your cellphone or landline will be billed for both Incoming and Outgoing legs of the call.

i.e. Your account will be billed for the inbound call received by our network, and the Outbound call when we forward to your off-network number.
