Where can I manage the Outbound Caller ID Number used by my SIP Trunk?

Customers are required to send a valid Caller ID Number in all outbound calls.

By default, your UniTel SIP Trunk does not set a Caller ID number for outbound calls through a SIP Trunk. If you have not configured your PBX to pass a Caller ID Number in the call, your Trunk ID will be used.

You can configure your Trunk to use one of your UniTel Numbers in all outbound calls. This is configured in Settings > Trunks. For the trunk, you would like to manage, click the action button and then choose Edit. You can then manage the Caller ID Number settings for this trunk.
