This announcement may be a generated by your PBX and not your UniTel SIP Services. Please check your Dial Rules and confiurations.
Confirm your PBX is passing calls in e.164 (11-digit format). i.e. 16305551234 not 6305551234
Confirm your PBX is not passing additional digits.
If you receive this message when attempting international calls, contact our support team to enable International Termination.
If the announcement only observed when dialing a specific number, please try your call again to ensure you did not misdial the number. If the issue persists, submit a submit a support ticket providing the dialed number and date/time of your call so that we may pull sip logs and investigate.
If the announcement is observed with all outbound calls, check your PBX logs to ensure your system is not passing any additional digits for outbound calls. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket providing the dialed number and date/time of your call so that we may pull sip logs and investigate.
