A Rogue 911 call, is a call placed to Emergency Services that do not send a Caller ID of a number that was previously registered with e911. It is critical that your UniTel Services pass correct Caller ID information so that Emergency Services can properly lookup the location information of your call to facilitate Emergency Service assistance.
Rogue 911 calls are subject to a $300 fee, assessed per call.
