To create an Emergency Services Trunk follow the steps below
*NOTE*Calls to Emergency Services must pass caller ID Number that is regisered for e911 services. In your Customer Dashboard we strongly recommend configuring your Emergency Services trunk Outbound Caller ID Mode to UniTel Number and setting the Local DID Number that was configured with e911.
Calls to Emergency Services passing a Caller ID Number that is not previously activated with e911 services are subject to a Rogue 911 Fee.

Navigate to Settings > Trunks
In the Add Trunk section enter a Trunk Description, in the Trunk Type drop-down choose Emergency Services, press [Add Trunk]
The Emergency Services trunk will be added to your account.
In your SIP Trunks list, click the Elipsis button and choose Edit
Update Caller ID Mode to UniTel Number
Update Caller ID Number to the UniTel DID Number that is registered with e911.
