CNAM can be enabled by following the steps below:
Navigate to Manage Numbers
For the Local DID that you would like to enable CNAM, in the actions column, click the drop-down and choose CNAM
Toggle to enable CNAM and enter the Name / Description (up to 16 characters)
Submit your change
The CNAM status changes to Pending. When we have confirmed activation of the setting, the Pending status will be removed
