How do I enable Caller ID Name?

CNAM can be enabled by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Manage Numbers

  2. For the Local DID that you would like to enable CNAM, in the actions column, click the drop-down and choose CNAM

  3. Toggle to enable CNAM and enter the Name / Description (up to 16 characters)

  4. Submit your change

  5. The CNAM status changes to Pending. When we have confirmed activation of the setting, the Pending status will be removed
